The second external training session and final project meeting was hosted by the University of Saint Joseph on the 3rd and 4th of October 2019.
On the first day trainers from Lebanese, Jordanian and Libyan partner universities carried out training sessions on different topics related to European programs and projects.
A panel was also organised to discuss the setting up of the European projects design and management units in the partners’ universities. The different structures of each unit were discussed as well as the challenges that had occurred and how these had been overcome. The speakers gave tips and tricks to the meeting participants, who are susceptible to setting up a unit in their own universities.
The second day was dedicated to project management and administrative aspects in preparation to the end of the project, which will take place on the 14th of October.
