To ensure university officials gain a precise overview of the functions of EU project design and management units they carried out an observation period at Higher Education Institutions from Programme Countries.
Two university officials from each Partner Country HEI had the opportunity to observe EU project design and management units in Programme Country HEIs partners of EuNIT project so that to gain an insight into the operations and resources involved in this type of service.
